Winlin silage bagger is built to bag grass (haylage), corn, oatlage and more!
Whether you are a farmer or a custom operator, Winlin has many advantages:
- excellent feed quality
- flexibility
- cost effective
- little feed spoilage
Bagging is a cost effective alternative to other silage methods such as round bales, bunkers and silos.
Winlin is a reliable, tractor-driven silage bagger, a straight-forward bagging system. No complicated steps. The tunnel is built to ensure that the feed is firmly packed and airtight in the silage bag. A smooth bag without airpockets is key to good feed. Winlin is equipped with a removable tunnel. Choose 8, 9, or 10 foot tunnels.
The feed is tipped with a loader or tractor bucket into the feed table. The table's speed is determined by a dial on the side of the machine. This guarantees an even transport of feed into the unique rotor that compresses the feed in the tunnel. Winlin's rotor is designed specifically to pack your feed evenly in all directions. During the packing process, both the tractor and the bagger are pushed forward as the tunnel fills. Packing density is determined by adjusting the mechanical brakes on the machine. This system is an exact and easy method to obtain desired packing density.
Remove the feed simply with a loader or tractor bucket. To keep the feed fresh, feed out 150 - 200 kg dry matter per day from a 10 foot bag (approximately 10-15 cm of the bag).
A 10-foot, 60 meter bag holds approximately 90 ton dry matter feed.
- 25 ton dry matter per hour (corn silage)
- 20 ton dry matter per hour (haylage)
- 1500 kg dry matter per meter or 7 m2 per meter bag.
